Fitbit offers an array of different experiences, most of which are buried within features and thus underutilized. We wanted to provide a better browsing experience for users to find everything that Fitbit had to offer to help them reach their goals. With the business rolling out a premium subscription service, we needed a better means of surfacing our offerings, we also wanted to increase content engagement with the hypothesis that it would push our monthly subscription buy-ins.
I led the initiative in not only designing the product experience, but also establishing the visual frameworks for distinguishing the plethora of content that the team continues to create.
